Job Summary

The jobholder is responsible for monitoring and evaluating activities and service delivery in the Ministry to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Duties

  • Prepare frameworks for monitoring and evaluating service delivery and activities of the Hospital.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery and activities to ensure that specifications and standards are adhered to.
  • Coordinate implementation of frameworks such as the performance tracking table to ensure efficient and effective performance management.
  • Assist with the documentation of activities to enhance monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements

Education

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Public Health/Economics/ Health Informatics/ Data Science/ Statistic and demography, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a recognized University. A certificate in computer science

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills;
  • Basic knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools and techniques;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Computer skills.
  • Good analytical skills;
