- Supervise, monitor and coach nurses and other junior/auxiliary staff
- Administer and manage unit;
- Ensure that the Bill of Rights of Patients is observed;
- Ensure that the Code of Ethics for Nurses is observed

Education
A minimum university degree in Nursing from a recognized institution and an updated License
