By accessing or using the Sierra Leone Ministry of Health Job Portal ("the Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Portal for the purpose of job searching and application. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Portal
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the Ministry of Health at any time.

• All activities that occur under your account

4. Job Applications

By submitting job applications through this Portal:

• You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete
• You understand that misrepresentation may disqualify you from employment or result in termination if discovered after hiring
• You authorize the Ministry of Health to verify the information provided
• You understand that application does not guarantee employment

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Portal, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitations

Any claim relating to the Portal shall be governed by the laws of Sierra Leone without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
